How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders ship within 28 business days (usually much quicker) through USPS First Class Mail, (Tracking is provided) but not covered by insurance.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
What happens if I need to change the address on my order?
In the event that an address needs to be changed on an order you have 24 hours after the order is placed. Due to quick TAT times I can’t guarantee it can be changed. Always double check your mailing address BEFORE submitting your order.
What is the response time for an email?

What happens if my package is lost?
If your package appears to be lost, you will need to contact USPS. The only information we have about tracking is whatever the website shows when the tracking number is typed in.
What happens if I received the incorrect item or my item is damaged?
In the event that this happens we must be notified within 48 hours of the package being marked delivered. When we are notified we will then take the necessary steps to correct the issue.
How should I wash my CCB items?
All CCB items should be hand washed with mild detergent. Items should hung to dry and should not be dry cleaned or placed in the dryer

How long do I have to send back a defective/wrong item?
The package must be scanned into USPS within 3 calendar days after we send the prepaid label to return it.
